Now it is your turn. Even if you do not speak Portuguese, look at Portuguese Communication Exercises, Beginning level, Topic #5: What You Like To Do.

Listen to the four speakers and see if you can figure out how Brazilians describe what they like to do. If you happen to speak Spanish, notice the characteristics of Portuguese that are similar or not similar to Spanish. Based on the four models, see if you can describe, in Portuguese, two or three things that you like to do too. As you complete the exercise, focus on how much time you spent on the task and compare the experience you had with this activity to that of a traditional classroom activity.
