- Morgen. Ich wache mich um bis 6 bis halb 8 Uhr [Ich wache zwischen 6 und halb 8 auf], und dann ich esse ein kleines Frühstück und dann gehe ich zum Sport-Fitnesszentrum und mache Kraft-Training für eine Stunde und dann Cardio-Training für noch eine Stunde, und dann komm ich wieder zu Hause… nach Hause, und wieder essen [esse ich] etwas, und dann gehe ich zum Unterricht.

- Morning. I wake up sometime between 6...and 7:30am and then I eat a small breakfast, then I go to the sports center and do weight-training for an hour, then cardio training for another hour, then I come home again, then I eat again, and then I go to class.
